This project aims to design, develop, test and promote on the market a new business model, deriving from the best practices of the circular economy process, and innovative offers to be implemented in the sustainable and shared mobility sector.

The initiative
E-VAI has developed and promoted on the market a new Car Sharing business model and 5 different offers in relation to the different types of customers and the sector they belong to.
The advantages
E-VAI Easy Station Plus
The business model E-VAI Easy Station Plus is based on optimizing the use of an electric vehicle, shared between B2C and B2B customers, which in the future will be made up of reused, regenerated and recycled parts and materials from other electric or hybrid vehicles.
commuters
Commuters who make the home-station-home route every day with an electric vehicle available exclusively from 18pm to 30am.
Employees
Company employees who travel the last mile from the station to the company to the station every day with the vehicle available to them exclusively from 9:00 to 18:00.
1. Vehicle available
Customers who live outside the city will have access to a 100% electric vehicle from Monday to Friday, from 18pm to 30am and for exclusive use throughout the weekend.
2. Departure station
Every morning, at the departure train station, they will have a reserved car park where they can leave their vehicle for charging.
3. Partner companies
Partner companies near the station will be able to use the vehicle, used by their employees to travel the last mile, during working hours to carry out company missions. The vehicle must be returned to the station in the designated parking area.
4. Arrival station
Once they arrive at their destination, customers will be able to go to work in the city.
5. Commuting customers
At the end of the working day in the city, they will find the vehicle at the departure station, in the designated parking area, to make the journey home.
