On Saturday 11 May, the Municipality of Meda launched the E-Vai Public car-sharing service.
The municipality will have access to two electric cars, available to municipal staff for work-related activities from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 18.00.
The cars will be available to the general public on evenings and weekends.
The municipal administration has thus achieved the objective of taking on an environmentally friendly fleet of cars, cutting their environmental impact while at the same time offering an additional service to the general public.
The E-Vai network is growing all over Lombardy. Its aim is to connect the entire region with a green shared mobility service, in order to reduce the number of cars in circulation and cut pollution in our towns and cities.
