10 simple steps to enter the world of sharing mobility

If you also want to become part of shared and sustainable mobility, we will guide you through a few simple steps starting from the installation of the Official App until the end of your first rental.


Download the Official App

Search E-VAI and download the Official App from your reference store (App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices) and discover all the features of the Official App.


Sign Up and create a profile

Open the App and follow the instructions to register as a new user. You will need to provide information such as your name, surname, email address, telephone number, as well as a valid payment method and your driving licence. Remember that the waiting times for the activation of your account can last up to a maximum of 48 hours. You will receive an email notification of successful activation.


Book a car

Once you log in to the App, you will be able to search for available cars in your area. Use the search function to locate a car park and book your vehicle. We are present in all Lombardy airports (Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio) and in all the main railway stations in the region (Centrale, Garibaldi, Cadorna, Rogoredo). Remember to make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability.


Confirmation your rental

Check the rental information (date, time, expected duration) and confirm the booking. Make sure you have sufficient credit on your payment method chosen during registration to cover the credit limit necessary to make the rental.

Use the App to open the car. Approach the car and press the unlock button on the App to activate the opening of the doors. Please make sure you have followed all instructions to successfully start your booking. Activate the location and Bluetooth of your device before starting the procedure of unlocking and locking the car.


Disconnect the charging cable

Once the car is opened, disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle (if the car is connected to a charging station) and place it in the trunk. To disconnect the car from the column, press the appropriate button inside the car (generally located on the left side under the steering), disconnect the car and immediately afterwards disconnect the column. Remember to always store the cable in the trunk of the car.


Get on board and the rental begins

Now you are ready to start your journey. If you are driving an electric car, remember that it will only be ready to go if the word "Ready" appears in green on the car's display. During the rental, you can park the car temporarily in a permitted parking area, ensuring that you do not violate traffic rules or parking restrictions. In some municipalities there are agreements that allow free access to restricted traffic zones or parking on blue and yellow lines for residents. Discover all the conventions.

If you need to recharge the car during the rental and you have access to an affiliated charging point, park the car near the charging point, connect the charging cable to the vehicle and immediately connect the charging station using the appropriate card found at on board the vehicle.


Park the car

Before concluding the booking, make sure to park the car in the car park selected at the time of booking, carefully following the instructions provided.

Make sure you charge the car if there is a charging station in the car park at the end of the rental. Remember that, for all car parks in Brescia, you will not have to connect the car to any column (even if present).


Close the car

After turning off the vehicle, check that all your personal items have been removed. Next, get out of the vehicle and press the lock button on the App to activate the locking of the doors and end the rental.
