When will the Ceiling Lock on my rental be released?
Our systems proceed with the release of the security deposit upon completion of the rental or upon its cancellation. However, there may be a delay in the funds actually being credited to your statement. Unfortunately we have no control over the crediting times, as they are managed by the companies that manage credit and prepaid cards.
In some cases, it may take 7 to 30 days from the unlock date for the amounts to appear on your statement. If you have doubts or questions and your rental has already ended, I recommend you contact your bank directly to obtain information or assistance in this regard.
