How to delete or deactivate my account?
To delete or deactivate your account, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Enter the Settings section.
- Locate the option to delete your account.
- Confirm your desire to delete the account.
- Wait for the deletion confirmation via email.
If you have paid a registration fee and wish to request a refund, you can do so by following the procedure that you will find in the email confirming your account has been deleted. You will be able to request a refund of the registration fee within 14 days of the registration date. Make sure you complete the entire refund request procedure correctly, starting from the link in the email you received after canceling your account.
