How does the car sharing service work?

ANBOindustry E-VAI allows you to drive an eco-friendly car, upon reservation. Here's how car sharing in Lombardy works:

• Registration: in order to book a car it is necessary to register by sending the required documents and accepting the terms and conditions of the service.
• Booking: once you have registered and validated your account, by connecting via the website or App (Android or iOS) you can request a car for a specific period of time, selecting the desired collection and return station. At least 24 hours are required to guarantee the availability of the vehicle.
• Using the car: once booked, you can go to the selected pick-up station, and using the app E-VAI you will be able to unlock the car you booked. Inside the car you will find keys or a keyless start system. Drive the car throughout the country and abroad for the requested period of time, and then return it within the deadline and place selected when ordering.
• Payment: during the order phase, a credit limit will be deducted from your card inserted during registration which will cover the rental payment.
• 24 hour assistance: you will always have our team at your disposal, ready to assist you with any information and/or emergencies.
