I can't find the charging card, how do I charge the car?
After having carefully verified that the card is not inside the vehicle, contact us immediately to report the absence of the card on board and ensure that the vehicle is charged remotely as adequately as possible.
Please note that if remote charging is not possible, you will be given alternative instructions, such as going to a charging station available nearby or using an alternative charging card.
