If you are having difficulty opening or closing your rental car, we suggest you follow these steps:
- Be sure to carefully check the license plate of your rental car and compare it with the details provided in your reservation.
- Make sure you have an active data connection and active Bluetooth on your mobile device. Data connection and Bluetooth are often required to communicate with the car's locking/unlocking system.
- Make sure you are at the rental location you selected during your booking. Some car locking/unlocking systems require you to be in close proximity to the pickup/drop-off point to work properly. Check your location and confirm that you are in the correct place.
If you have followed the steps above and your car still does not open or close, we recommend that you contact us immediately through our customer support channels. Communicate the problem you are experiencing and provide all the necessary details, such as the license plate of the rental car and a description of the problem.
