What do I do if I forget something in the car?
If you forget something in the car after completing the rental, we recommend that you contact us by phone as soon as possible. It will be important to provide us with the license plate of the rented vehicle so that we can correctly identify your reservation. When you call us, please report the situation to our customer service team and describe the item forgotten in the vehicle. We will do our best to assist you and verify whether the item was found and recovered in the car after your return. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery of forgotten items, as the vehicle may have been used by other customers after you returned it. We do everything we can to help you, but we have no direct control over any items left in the car.
