How do you open and close the car?
The Official App allows you to book and unlock the car. To be able to open a car, all you need to do is have a current reservation, position yourself near the car, activate Bluetooth and the geolocation of your smartphone, click the button to open the car and that's it: the car will open after a few seconds.
The same thing is also valid for closing. Make sure the car is turned off and that the entire car is completely closed, stand next to the car and click the button to lock the car. The vehicle will close, automatically concluding your reservation.
