How do I locate parking spaces?
The parking lots E-VAI they are easily recognizable thanks to the green stripes with the inscription "Electric Car Sharing” which delimit the parking areas dedicated to our service. They are also distinguished byspecific vertical signs and from branded columns E-VAI present in car parks equipped with Charging Points. This visual signaling system will allow you to easily identify the points where you can pick up or drop off your booked cars.
Can I load the car?
Many of these car parks are equipped with charging infrastructure for electric cars. This means that you will be able to find a charging point for your electric car while enjoying our eco-friendly smart mobility. This aspect helps to encourage the use of zero-emission vehicles and promotes environmental sustainability. Check out the page Car charging for more information.
What if a car park is occupied?
It could happen that a parking lot is busy from an unauthorized vehicle. What to do in these cases? If it happens, it's important contact immediately customer service and report the situation. Provide detailed information such as the location of the car park (such as the street and house number) and indicates whether it is an abuse by a private vehicle or a vehicle from our service. In the meantime, check the first parking nearby and wait for the instructions from our Customer Service. In this case please tell us the street and house number where the car is located and its current range.
Where can I travel?
We recommend that you check the concessions present and make sure you can park without having to pay additional fees. Move within the restricted traffic zones of the participating municipalities and find out where you can use free parking in the residential car parks and blue lines of the participating municipalities. Standard parking spaces
Standard parking spaces are all locations not classified as intermodal parking spaces. In these car parks, the car can be collected and returned at the same point and only during the hours open to citizens for reservations, according to the rules of each municipality. Parking in Brescia
If you start your rental from the stations in the city of Brescia it is possible to collect and return the car at the same point or in any other car park in the same city. The Via Sostegno car park is considered intermodal, therefore also connected with all the other intermodal stations in the area.
